CASA MADRE
Casa Madre

CASA MADRE 5*

We are in the historic building of the 5-star MarePineta. It is the oldest building of the resort, dating back to the early 1900's, when Milano Marittima was being built by the will of illustrious aristocrats from  Milan, who chose this stretch of the Adriatic coast to turn it into an exclusive stretch of seaside resorts.
The Mother House  (“Casa Madre”) is the symbol of those years, the successful expression of a desire for well-being, growth and worldliness. Inspired by the ideals of the "garden city" of the painter Palanti, it was built according to the principles that guided the construction of the time, where they wanted “Each property to be a villa surrounded by the natural pine forest, provided with fresh drinking water and arranged so that it has a direct route to the sea" said Palanti in an interview from 1911. For this reason the house is a building deliberately not enormous, but "alive and perfect, both in terms of comfort and that of aesthetics. The architecture is gracious, surrounded by the dark green of the pine trees, with the sea in the background."
Even today, the Casa Madre exudes the irresistible charm of those years, between classic style and timeless elegance.

CASA MADRE

The historic main building with its classical architecture dating back to the 1920s of the last century, features 86 rooms and develops in the latest building block of the MarePineta: the Ala Nuova of the Casa Madre. This futuristic architecture houses the restaurant and the remaining 16 suites by the prestigious Studio Lissoni Milano. The new Ala Nuova and the old parts of the Casa Madre are directly connected to each other. In the old part, there are the remaining rooms of the Casa Madre and the conference center, lobby, lounge bar and reading room with fireplace, these last spaces restyled by Lissoni Studio as well. The pool, the largest in Milano Marittima in terms of size, is well protected behind the buildings and surrounded by lush vegetation.

CLASS AND ALLURE

This 5-star hotel is surrounded by an ancient pine forest with an extraordinary story behind it. It is the emblem of the sweet life of the Adriatic Riviera. MarePineta has always been a reference point for the social life of Milano Marittima, for those of you not willing to sacrifice luxury, from every point of view. We speak of an historic structure, built in 1920 and brought to the present day, in part transformed - as evidenced by the ultramodern style of Lissoni in the 16 rooms of the Ala Nuova, the restaurant, the bar, the common areas - but always retaining its indisputable class and its historic allure; luxurious and iconic.
